How does the approval process work in Otterfish?
The Content board in Otterfish ensures that content is reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders before it is set to go live.
What role does each collaborator have?
Content creator
The role for the content creator is to upload their concept idea and content with caption that can be approved by a collaborator inside the board. They’ll also have access to edit their content and caption if needed for further review.
Agency or Brand
If the agency or brand has created the board, they will need to invite the content creator to upload their concept and content with captions. When a creator has uploaded any content, a notification will be sent to the agency/brand in which they’ll be able to approve the content. A note that the agency or brand can upload on behalf of the creator if they wish, and will then need to approve what has been uploaded.
Talent Manager
If the talent manager has created the board, they will need to invite the content creator to upload their concept and content with captions. The talent agency can also invite other collaborators such as a brand or agency to review the content.
If a talent manager has two collaborators (for example an agency and creator) – They will have the ability to review the content upload by the content creator first, and click “Share with Agency” for the agency to review and approve the content.
