How to set up reminders in Otterfish

Otterfish allows creators, agencies and brands to set due dates and live dates for each deliverable on a content board. Setting dates will automatically send the creator an email to let them know when the concept or content is due, as well as when the live date needs to be posted. 

How do I set the reminders?

It’s simple, go into a content board and inside each deliverable, you will be able to see the Concept and Content due dates at the top. Click on each one and here you’ll be able to set the dates. If you’re an agency or brand, you will also be able to set “Reminder” dates for creators. This could be a few hours or days earlier letting them know the content is due.
